It was the Critics’ Choice Television Awards the other night, which means a chance for me to discover more new talent, and by that I mean hotties on TV shows I’ve barely heard of. This one with the regrettable tattoo and hint of sideboob is Carly Chaikin , apparently she’s on Suburgatory , and her tattoo is lyrics from a Bob Dylan song. Trust me, it’s better as a song than as a tattoo. But still, I think Carly’s hot in a psycho way.
