After the death of the famous singer, Michael Jackson, speculations have been raised that his physician, Dr. Conrad Murray administered a lethal dose of propofol and other drugs to the singer. Because of Jackson’s death, a proposition has been raised especially the California Medical Group in not allowing Dr. Murray to continue practicing his profession while he is still put in trial because of Michael Jackson’s death. But Judge Keith Schwartz of Los Angeles did not accept the prosecution request to put on hold Murray’s California medical license but Judge Keith Schwartz did order Murray not to use any anesthesia on his patients. According to Murray’s defense lawyer, Ed Chernoff, Murray didn’t go to office or accepted any patients in California. And last fall, Murray has resumed his medical practice in Nevada and Texas. Murray was freed after paying $75,000 as a bond after he pleaded not guilty to Jackson’s death. Brown, who is also running for governor, said that Murray should be suspended from his medical practice to protect the health, safety and welfare of the public.
