I don’t know what it is with these chicks and chopping off all their hair. I guess it’s supposed to make them look edgy or something? But I thought that’s what the tattoos and wearing lingerie in the streets was for. Anyway, Halsey here used to be an up-and-coming pop star hottie , but after this Flaunt Magazine shoot, I’m not so sure anymore.
