Hayden Panettiere showed up the 2013 Billboard Music Awards and I have to admit, I’m a disappointed in my favorite little midget. I think she put her dress on backwards because her new and improved front meat is all covered up. Nonetheless, Hayden is still damn cute and I’d love for her to play horsey on my lap.
