Octavia Spencer is gracing her beautiful self on the cover of ELLE Magazine’s November issue and we’re nothing but happy to see this talented Black actress get some much needed respect! Still reveling in her Oscar win for her role in The Help , Octavia stars in ELLE’s ‘Women In Hollywood’ issue…and it’s about damn time a magazine in this ranking has someone other than Bey or RihRih on their cover. Inside the issue, Octavia discusses a life-changing moment where she had to stand-up to a producer who bullied her. “Early on I had to stand up to a producer – I won’t say who, but he is famous, famous. He dressed me down in a crowded office. I told him right there in front of a hundred people, ‘You don’t know me well enough to use that tone’…And then I ran to the bathroom and cried like a baby.
