My name is Allie and I have been waiting to meet Justin since my friend showed me his videos on Youtube. I live in Alabama so I don’t get many opportunities to see him or go to events he might be at. I had been to his concert in Birmingham in 2010 and met some of the crew but not Justin. A few months passed and Scooter came into a Tinychat with me and my friend. He ended up following us and he began to remember who we were. In July 2011 I went to LA on a trip with some friends and our moms. While out there, we got the chance to meet and hang out with Michael Vargas which was really cool. He is such a nice guy. Then in October Justin followed me and I was beyond excited! I honestly thought that was the closest I would get to meeting him or anything like that. Well I was wrong. I got to go on a last minute trip to LA with my cousin and the whole time we were there, I kept saying I’m going to meet Justin and she would laugh. My best friend @labeliebs who I met because of Justin was doing everything she could to help my dream come true! She ended up getting me in contact with some friends who waited outside where he was rehearsing for tour but I never saw him. I think I missed him by a few minutes. After a few hours I had basically accepted I wasn’t going to meet him and we should leave Hollywood to make our dinner reservations downtown. Well as we are walking I got a phone call telling me to hurry and get to Miceli’s in Universal City, because Justin was there. So my cousin and I ran down Hollywood Blvd trying to get a taxi. I’m sure we looked crazy to everyone. We got to the restaurant and I saw the swag van! At this point I couldn’t believe I might actually get to meet him! The manager sat us at a table so I could see both exits and get up to try and get a picture when he left. Of course I couldn’t even think about anything except for the fact that Justin was in the same room as me! I see him, Moshe, Selena, and Ashley (Selena’s friend) get up to leave. I got up and walked outside and said “ Justin can I please have a picture?” and he didn’t look like he was going to stop then I said, “Please Justin I’m from Alabama”. They all stopped and looked at me and he goes “What?” I said, “ I’ve been a fan since youtube and I’m from Alabama could I get a quick picture?” He goes “Of course you can sweetie.” I’m dying by this point. I took our picture then I asked for a hug and as he was hugging me and rubbing my back he says “Thanks for always supporting me and it was a pleasure to meet you tonight.” I then went into the restaurant and freaked out cause I had finally met him! August 8 th , 2012 at like 7:30 will always be a great day!! It may have taken a long time and not been a very long experience but I couldn’t have asked for a better one!
