My name is Claire, I’m from Ontario, Canada. I met Justin Bieber on August 7th, 2011 at the Teen Choice Awards in Los Angeles, California. My family and I took a summer vacation to LA to visit my aunt, uncle, and two little cousins. A few days before we were getting ready to go home, my uncle told me that he had gotten free VIP passes to the Teen Choice Awards on the day before we were leaving for my mom, my aunt, and myself. I was so excited! There were tons of people I couldn’t believe I was going to meet. When we finally got to Universal City Walk, where the awards were being held, I headed straight to the red carpet to see if there was anybody there that I recognized. I saw Shay Mitchell, Raven Symone, Joe Jonas, Taylor Lautner, and so many other cool people! I even got a picture with Alfredo Flores! Finally I saw Justin Bieber walking down the carpet, and he was nice enough to talk to every one of his fans. He came to me and my friend and said hi, then I went to hand my friend my camera so he could take a picture of the two of us, when Justin said, “Hold on! I’ll take the picture!” It was so nice of him to offer to do that.
