Rick Arquilla of Roto-Rooter is This Week’s Undercover Boss – In last Sunday’s episode of the Undercover Boss, Roto-Rooter’s president and COO, Rick Arquilla, took the spotlight. He disguised as ‘Hank’ and took the typical responsibilities of a regular worker at Roto-Rooters. Arquilla had a chance to mingle with his employees and met Chris, who is a very honest and hardworking person. During the brief undercover stint of Arquilla in his own company, Roto-Rooters, he was able to learn lots of things. Arquilla also mentioned that life’s cruelty made him realize the value of working hard towards attaining life’s goals and towards being someone well-respected. Rick Arquilla’s Roto-Rooter is based in Cincinnati and has other offices in New Orleans, Des Moines and Chicago.
