Schools on Soft Lockdown After the Tinley Park Home Invasion – The police are continuously searching for the suspects of the reported home invasion in Tinley Park. A boy called the police around four in the morning reporting that there were unknown armed men in their home located in the 9100 block of Basswood Drive. The police saw one f the suspects in an act of assaulting a male resident through the windows of the invaded house. The police entered into the scene and the suspects, who were believed to be at least four African-Americans, scampered across the house and broke out through the windows and doors. One suspect was caught while trying to enter a vehicle. Another one was caught around 6:15 am near Lenore Lane and 138rd Street. As of the moment, schools near Tinley Park are on a soft lockdown due to security measures. The cops are still in search for the other two suspects involved in the Tinley Park home invasion.
