XXXTentacion: Four Suspects Indicted in Rapper’s Murder

It’s hard to believe that it’s been more than a month since XXXTentacion was shot dead in Miami . Earlier this month, police found one of XXXTentacion’s killers . Though police do not yet have all of the suspects in custody, prosecutors are moving forward. They have already issued indictments. Let’s take a look at the details. One of the alleged shooters was Michael Boatright, who was arrested earlier this month. Trayvon Newsome is believed by police to have been the toher trigger man. Newsome is currently wanted by police. Two other suspects are Dedrick Williams, who is in custody, and Robert Allen, for whom police are still searching. TMZ reports that all four suspects in XXXTentacion’s murder were indicted by a grand jury  On top of the obvious murder charge, all four men are also charged with armed robbery using a firearm. According tot he Associated Press, Dedrick Williams was spotted on surveillance cameras and identified. Though fearful of being labeled a snitch in prison for speaking to police, he did tell investigators that he did not know in advance that XXXTentacion would be robbed. It was apparently Boatright and Newsome who carried out the actual robbery, or so investigators have been told. Of course, felony murder rules mean that co-conspirators in crimes that result in murder are all indicted for murder, regardless of which individual did the killing. XXXTentacion had been looking at motorcycles just before he was shot to death in an apparent armed robbery. The rapper was only 20 years old, and had some very passionate young fans. He also apparently acted as something of a mentor to younger people in the business. 14-year-old Danielle Bregoli, who launched her record-breaking music career after insulting Dr. Phil on television, felt a very close bond to XXXTentacion. Their last conversation, just days before his death, was an argument in which she told him that she never wanted to speak with him again. Danielle will always regret her final words to him , she says. XXXTentacion was also infamous for an alleged beating of a gay man, and for being accused of horribly abusing his girlfriend Geneva Ayala to the point that she had to have reconstructive surgery on her face due to damage to her skull. The shocking descriptions of what is said to have done to her during their relationship amount to torture. Unfortunately, because of this, his ex is reviled by some of his more ardent fans. Though his abused girlfriend just wants him to rest in peace , some fans objected to her presence at a vigil for him, and kicked her out. Afterwards, they burned what she had left in his memory. XXXTentacion continues to be mourned by many of his fans. Some of them are so young that this he is the first celebrity musician whom they’ve lost. Some say that a video made shortly before the rapper’s passing predicted his own death . In fact, some sources even say that XXXTentacion talked about wanting to die young like some of the great rappers of the ’90s. Hopefully, the people who were in his life will get a sense of closure once his murder trial draws to a close. For now, it is just beginning. Is This The Gremlin Gang? Texas Thugs Rip Off Door And Rob Gun Shop! [Video]

Goons are goons. NBC: They were gone in 120 seconds — and nabbed in less than 48 hours. At least three of the 10 thieves whose spectacular smash-and-grab robbery of a Houston gun store was caught on surveillance footage were in police custody and facing federal charges, NBC affiliate KRPC reported Thursday. Some of the 50 weapons stolen by the brazen bandits were also recovered, the station reported. Police have not identified the suspects and are offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information that would lead to the arrest of their alleged accomplices. The heist at Carter’s Country Guns & Ammo was pulled off at 4:30 a.m. Tuesday with a brutal simplicity. The footage showed the thieves backing-up a black Ford F-250 pickup truck to the store and stretching a chain to the glass and iron security door. Then a robber, dressed in jogging pants, smashed the glass with what looked like a hammer and secured the chain. The truck — burning rubber — then yanked it off its hinges. Seconds later, the thieves swarmed inside and ransacked the store, smashing display cases and pocketing pistols. They also picked an entire wall of rifles clean. In recent months, there have reportedly been other smash-and-grab robberies of gun stores in Houston by thieves who supply them to street gangs.

Two Of Four San Bernadino Shooting Suspects Killed By Police; One Believed To Be Angry Employee Attacking Company Holiday Party

Two San Bernadino Shooters Killed In Police Shootout After the tragic mass shooting at a San Bernadino convention center that left 14 dead and 17 wounded, police took to the streets to chase the suspected shooters down. A live TV shootout occurred, leaving two of the possible four suspects dead, and many unanswered questions of how and why left to piece together. Investigators now believe that an angry employee may have stormed out of a Holiday party being held in the convention center, then returned spray the event with bullets… Via Los Angeles Times : Dressed in black masks and tactical gear, armed with long guns and pistols, they entered a holiday party for county health workers in San Bernardino as it was in full swing. Before they fled, they had killed 14 people and wounded 17 others. Four hours later, as fearful residents were ordered to stay home and scores of officers swarmed the streets, authorities chased a black SUV carrying two suspects from a home in the nearby city of Redlands. As TV news stations broadcast live overhead, the chase spilled back onto San Bernardino’s streets, where authorities and the suspects traded gunfire. When it was over, a man and woman connected to the assault were dead. One body lay in the street, blood pooling. Another was recovered from the vehicle. A police officer also was wounded in the firefight but is expected to survive. The motive for the mass shooting was unclear. A senior federal official monitoring the case said investigators believe one of the shooters left the party, held in a conference room at the Inland Regional Center, after getting into an argument. He returned a short time later with at least one armed companion, and opened fire, the official said. At an evening news conference, San Bernardino police said it was not clear whether the people involved in the dispute were the same people involved in the shooting. Wow…there is definitely much more to this story, and we’re sure it will all unfold in the upcoming days. A third suspect is in custody with a fourth still on the loose… CNN / MailOnline

Hate Crime? Five Black Men Attack 2 White Men Over Confederate Flag Truck Decal [Video]

Fight Breaks Out Over Confederate Flag On Truck One thing is for sure, some people are EXTRA passionate about keeping their Confederate flags . One group of men outside a Salt Lake City hotel decided they were going to force two white men to either move their car or remove a Confederate flag magnet off of their car — to the point where things got physical. Now, one of the victims is pushing to have the beating labeled a hate crime . Via NYDN : Investigators have yet to find the six or seven unidentified African-American men seen beating up two white men outside the Red Lion Hotel in a YouTube video, Salt Lake City Police Det. Cody Lougy told the Daily News Thursday night. Prosecutors will decide whether they follow one victim’s wishes and charge the suspects with hate crimes in the Sunday morning assault, Lougy noted. But the three-by four-inch decal touched off an argument that turned physical, he said. The group can be heard in the video telling one of the white men to move his truck and saying that one of them is “mad he has a f—— Confederate flag on the back of his s—.” A man with a Halloween mask on top of his head knocks one of the white men down with one punch before the group gangs up on the other one and beats him up in the footage. Neither man was hospitalized after the attack, according to Lougy. The victims say that had roles been reversed, they would definitely be charged with a hate crime. So they want the same treatment for this instance: The pair of men from Wyoming had come to town for the Garth Brooks concert Saturday night, one of the victims, Kelly Leeper, told the Deseret News. They went to the show with one of their friends who is black, and the First Amendment gives him the right to display Confederate imagery even though it can be controversial to do so, he said. Leeper wants the authorities to charge the suspects with hate crimes and he’ll “be damned if I ever come to Salt Lake again without bringing my gun,” he told KTSU-TV. “If the situation was reversed, and if there was a large group of white males who confronted two black gentlemen who, hypothetically, had a sticker on their vehicle that said, ‘Black lives matter,’ it would be dubbed a hate crime in a heartbeat,” Leeper said in the Deseret News. “So where’s the double standard there?” Hmmmm…do you agree? They definitely didn’t need to attack the men, especially if neither of them said anything to the group to begin with. But should this be treated as a race-based attack?

Hide Ya Kids: Caregivers Popped By One-Time For Abuse And Sexual Assault Of Four Kids

This is disgusting. Three Caregivers Arrested For Abusing Children These kids trusted them to protect and provide for them and instead they abused them. According to My Fox 28: Deputies have arrested three people — and are searching for a fourth — in connection with several acts of abuse allegedly inflicted on four children inside a Scioto County home. Deputies arrested Juan Carlos Sanchez, Edwina Louis, and Bobbi Sue Pack after an investigation into allegations of child endangering and rape involving children who lived with the suspects at a Collingswood Avenue home. The children were 11, 9, 8 and under 2 years old. The investigation was launched after one of the alleged victims sent an email detailing the abuse to a teacher who worked for the children’s online school, Ohio Virtual Academy. The children told investigators the suspects used ropes and chains to tie them to their beds for weeks at a time, only releasing the victims to enable them to complete school work, and rarely providing them with food. The children also claim the suspects would routinely force them to strip nakked, at which time they would be beaten with belts and paddles. Additionally, two children told deputies they were sexually assaulted on several occasions. The victims’ bodies displayed scars and bruises that seemingly confirm their claims of abuse, according to investigators. After searching the suspects’ home, authorities charged Pack and Louis with child endangerment. Sanchez faces the same charge, as well as two counts of rape. Deputies are searching for a fourth suspect, Leah Dillon, who is believed to have fled the Collingswood Avenue home when children’s services agents arrived to conduct an investigation. The children are being treated at Nationwide Children’s Hospital in Columbus. They need to throw them underneath the jail. Why do people abuse innocent children? Shutterstock

True Or False: Did Meek Mill’s “Dream Chasers” Homies Get Got For $40K In Gwap And Jewels At An ATL Waffle House? [Video]

This doesn’t sound good. A video has emerged claiming that associates of Meek Mill were robbed in Atlanta over the BET HipHop Awards Weekend. According to AJC reports : No injuries were reported Monday in the predawn armed robbery of several customers at a Buckhead Waffle House. The robbery happened just after 6:30 a.m. at the 24-hour diner on Piedmont Road north of Pharr Road. Atlanta police spokeswoman Kim Jones said three men from Philadelphia were robbed of nearly $40,000 in jewelry and iPhones. She said the victims, who had previously been at the Room Service Lounge, arrived at the Waffle House and sat in a booth at the back of the restaurant by the restrooms. About five minutes later, the two suspects entered and sat down at the counter. A few minutes after that, the suspects got up and went to the booth where the victims were sitting. One sat down while the other stood at the end of the table, Jones said. She said the suspect sitting down “produced a black semi-automatic handgun,” pressed it into the ribs of one of the victims, and said, “don’t move or say anything. I’ll shoot you right here,” and “give me your watch and gold chain.” Jones said the suspects took a $6,000 gold chain and medallion and a diamond-covered Rolex watch valued at $20,000 from Vincent Lamar “Cash Out” Robinson, a Rolex Submariner watch valued at $12,000 and a $500 iPhone from Raheem Jefferson and an iPhone 5 valued at $500 from Derrick Johnson. The suspects then left the restaurant and fled on foot. Police have not released a detailed description of the robbers. The original report caused rumors about Atlanta rapper “Cash Out” which he denied on Twitter. Louie V Gutta also made a veiled denial on Twitter:
