The Mehndi ceremony would take place today while, Sangeet is scheduled on Wednesday and the reception would be held on April 15. The nikkah took place at 1:00pm today at Hotel Taj Krishna. Nikkah is the matrimonial contract between a bride and bridegroom within Islamic marriage. Nikkah is based on several conditions. When these conditions are fulfilled, a man and a woman are proclaimed as husband and wife. They can live together and carry on their marital duties.
