Scholars & Rogues, an allegedly “liberal” blog, subjects itself to the Political Compass test to see how liberal it really is. Then its writers offer some thoughts and critiques on the PC method, which is better than simple “left v right” thinking, but a far cry from perfect. The Compass is a helpful tool for all of us, though, in that it makes us think a little more critically about what some of our overworked political labels really mean.
