The 2007 “Idol” winner will make her Broadway debut on August 19, when she joins the cast of the Tony- and Grammy-winning musical “In the Heights” in the lead role of Nina Rosario. Sparks is slated to play a 12-week limited engagement with the show through November 14. “It’s always been one of my dreams to perform on Broadway,” the singer said
