By Jocelyn Vena Kristin Cavallari Photo: Christina Garibaldi/ MTV News While much of the talk about the season premiere of “The Hills” has focused on Heidi Montag’s plastic surgery , Kristin Cavallari said she’s facing her own personal drama in Tuesday’s (April 27) episode. Cavallari is confronted by her pals about rumors that she’s been doing drugs, something teased in the trailer for season six . “The first episode is Heidi going to see her mom for the first time, which is very emotional,” she said. “And then it’s Miami Super Bowl weekend and the girls accusing me of doing drugs.” Cavallari said she’s anxious to get the first episode out of the way, but she knows that this season is incredibly compelling and fans will be salivating for whatever twists and turns it takes. “Honestly, I think this season is going to be one of the better ones, just because we talk about some really serious stuff and intense stuff,” she said, adding that she understands why everyone will love episode one. “I thought the first episode, as a viewer, was great.” While Audrina Patridge and Kristin have set aside their personal dramas to become friends, Cavallari said that there’s still some drama in store. “This season, it’s going to be a lot of Brody and I sort of hanging out, trying to figure out if we should get back together or just what the deal is. And then there’s a little love triangle with us and Audrina for a little bit,” she teased. “Some girl drama. You know, the usual stuff.” What do you think will go down in the show’s season premiere?
