Thanks to Twitter, fans got wind of Gaga’s newest amazing outfit before she even chatted with Sway on the white carpet. The fact that she’s already won two Moonmen helped her consistently stay in the top four of MTV’s Twitter Tracker as well. “What the hell is Lady Gaga wearing? Oh my gosh. I love her. XD” hannahtastic tweeted about Gaga’s Alexander McQueen outfit, which she got from his last collection. The dress is a sweeping red and gold ball gown with a gold feather headdress.
