And because she will be in protective custody in the special-needs unit to prevent any harm to her from other inmates, Lohan, 24, is likely to spend up to 23 hours a day alone in her 12-by-8-foot cell. Despite tabloid reports to the contrary about other inmates eagerly anticipating her special arrival, a number of lawyers told MTV News that jailers will likely go out of their way to make sure no harm comes to Lohan in order to avoid any potential litigation.
