The mother, Andrea Shepherd, is going off after she bought a home for $1K and thought the house was sold underneath her. Andrea was arrested, but hasn’t been formerly charged. Turns out the house has not been sold and she is even getting another $1K kick back… So, she basically shot up her own stuff for no reason. Those poor kids are probably scared out of their wits!
