Happy St. Patrick’s Day From THG (And Guinness)!

Happy St. Patrick’s Day from all of us at THG! Whether you’re of Irish descent or not, you can attain honorary status March 17. In honor of this special occasion, which happens to conveniently fall on a Saturday this year, we’ve posted a video showing proper St. Patty’s etiquette. Specifically, the critical importance of rounding up your friends for a pint. If you’re at all confused about what to do, just follow this sheepdog’s lead. Even if the task proves challenging, the reward (a Guinness and conversation) is worth it: Happy St. Patrick’s Day From Guinness

Bethenny Frankel Bares Booty on Anderson [Video]

You’ve gotta give Bethenny Frankel props for being a good sport. The reality star, entrepreneur and possible future actress appeared on Anderson this week and was challenged by the host to a push-up contest after he said he heard that was Bethenny’s frequent go-to move at parties. The two then jumped down into position… only for Frankel’s dress to ride up and for half the audience to get an unexpected few of her bare buttocks. Pretty funny stuff, and handled very well by Bethenny who stammered with excuses for a bit and then finally just asked: How did it look? Bethenny Frankel Wardrobe Malfunction

Jennifer Lopez Defends Casper Smart as a "Good Egg"

They’ve been spotted out in public, and they’ve exchanged loving Tweets , but Jennifer Lopez hasn’t said much about her much younger boyfriend, Casper Smart. Until now. In the April issue of Vogue, the American Idol judge glows over her back-up dancer of a man, telling the magazine: “He’s adorable. But you already see that. He really is [sweet]. He’s a good egg. I don’t want to talk about it too much. It’s my private thing.” But what about that age difference of 18 years? “I don’t feel older, and I don’t feel like I look it, either, so I am just acting the same way I have always acted,” she says. As for that public split from Marc Anthony ? J. Lo adds that she’s “proud” of how both sides have handled it and points to their children as the basis for their continued respect and friendship. “We’re still friends – and we’re parents. But it’s going to take time.. It’s tough. But for the most part, I feel very proud of the way we’re handling it. I really do. We are doing the best we can for the kids.”

How To Deal With People’s Hidden Agendas

Continue reading here:

Some people have hidden agendas: Goals that they wish to accomplish at some cost to others.  We live in a world that speeds out of control with people who are only concerned with what they need and how to get it. These agendas can quickly become quite obvious. What kinds of hidden agendas can people have? In scripture we are warned against people They might want to Make themselves feel better by putting other people down. Achieve a position of power or prestige at the expense of others. Control other people. Make other people feel bad about internally. How can you recognize and deal with hidden agendas? 1-     Pay attention-Watch what a person says or does, and see how you feel in response to it. If someone says something that may seem like some kind of compliment, but feels like a put-down, then it could be an action arising out of a hidden agenda. 2-     Confront it head on. If you confront that person about it (lovingly, of course), and they deny it or try to explain it away, give them the benefit of the doubt, but keep an eye on them. 3-   Identify the behavior-    If the same kind of behavior continues, and you confront them again on it and they still deny it or explain it away, but continue acting the same, then the likelihood is high that it is a hidden agenda. 4-     Define  a result- Decide what you want to do about/with that person. Do you want to keep associating with them? If it is a friend, you can drop the friendship—after all, what kind of friend continually tries to undermine you, control you, or make you feel bad about yourself? Be aware that it takes time to learn to recognize hidden agendas, and even more time to learn the skills required to deal with people like this. We all are motivated by something. It just depends on how we achieve our end results. We don’t need to destroy others to get where we need to go. Related Articles 15 Steps On How To Gain Real Power Gospel Song of The Day: All I Need
