Either Chris Brown and Rihanna have been sneaking around and trying to keep things on the down low, or New York City is a much smaller place than we thought. A day after staying at the same hotel , supposedly without knowledge of the other’s presence, Rihanna went out to dinner at Cipriani in the Big Apple on Tuesday.
