Man Attacks Woman For Refusing To Have Sex With Him After He Bought Her McDonald’s via Palm Beach Post A West Palm Beach man is being held in the Palm Beach County Jail after he allegedly beat a woman who refused to have sex with him after he bought her breakfast at McDonald’s. Justin Jarrard Oliver is facing charges of felony battery and false imprisonment. Oliver, 26, is being held in lieu of $75,000 bail. The woman told West Palm Beach police that she and her boyfriend picked up Oliver in her car Wednesday morning then drove to the McDonald’s on 45th Street west of Australian Avenue. The trio placed their order and Oliver paid the tab, according to an arrest report. Oliver then “demanded sex from (the victim) due to him buying her McDonald’s food,” the report said. As the woman was driving, Oliver allegedly “grabbed her by the arm/hand and attempted to pull her into the rear seat for sex,” according to the report. The woman screamed and held on to the steering wheel before bringing the car to an abrupt stop on 35th Street near Broadway. Once the vehicle stopped, Oliver jumped out and tried to pull the victim out of the car while again demanding sex, the report said. Oliver allegedly punched the woman with his fist, causing “severe injuries” that included a 1 1/2-inch laceration above her left eye and numerous other cuts and abrasions, the report said. The woman’s boyfriend jumped on Oliver’s back, allowing the woman to move the car a short distance away. The boyfriend then got back in the car and the woman drove to St. Mary’s Medical Center. The hospital staff alerted police. Police found Oliver near the location of the assault. He refused to answer questions from police, citing his right not to incriminate himself, the report said.
