"Proud Stepfather "David Foster Supports Bella and Gigi Hadid in Paris

Any reports that claim Yolanda and David Foster’s families don’t speak to one another should take a look at David’s Instagram. The mega-producer is in Paris to work with France’s former First Lady, Carla Bruni on a new album, per his social media account. David’s trip just happens to coincide with Paris Haute Couture Week Spring/Summer 2016, so watched Gigi Hadid walk in the Atelier Versace show. “My first fashion show ever!!!” David Instagram’d.  “Starting at the top with this one @gigihadid leading the pack!!! It was amazing and so was she!!! #proudstepdad #versace Today, David attended the Chanel show, in which Kendall Jenner, Gigi and younger sister, Bella Hadid walked. “This one @bellahadid came out of the gate like a race-horse!!!-so incredible!!!” David wrote “#chanel #proudstepfather.” Back in December, Page Six reported that a serious “rift” had come between Yolanda’s children and David. “I’m sure he’s upset her kids’ careers are popping off and his aren’t. He’s competitive in that way,” a source told the column. “There is a rift [between Yolanda’s and] David’s daughters, whom Yolanda doesn’t speak with any longer, but was once close.” In addition to releasing a statement that urged the press to stop speculating about the demise of their marriage, David shared this handwritten note on Instagram: “Making the wrong assumptions causes pain and suffering for everyone.”  View Slideshow: Celebrity Breakups of 2015: The Year of the Split!

Clash of the Golden Globes Cleavage: Salma Hayek vs. Madonna

Salma Hayek and Madonna both gave new meaning to the term “Golden Globes” last night, donning outfits that accentuated their impressive bosoms. First, Hayek appeared on stage to present an award alongside Antonio Banderas. We have no idea what it was for. Our attention was elsewhere. Then, Madonna actually won a trophy for “Masterpiece,” her original song from W.E. Again, we assume that was the case. We were focused on the breasts trying to escape from this singer’s dress. Take a close, long, hard look at both of these stars from the 2012 ceremony and weigh in now: Which did a better job accentuating her ample cleavage?

Angelina Jolie, Johnny Depp Premiere ‘The Tourist’ In New York City

‘I thought it was a challenge for me to be a girl, a real girly girl,’ Jolie said on the red carpet. He feels like he’s of a different decade. He’s extraordinarily creative and extraordinarily kind. There’s no one else like him.” Jolie said that she was also drawn to the project by her character’s feminine wiles as well as the opportunity to work with Depp. “I liked that she was a real lady, a real European lady, and I’ve never played that before. I thought it was a challenge for me to be a girl, a real girly girl,” she said. “Living in Italy for a few months was pretty hard to resist. And I’ve been dying to work with [the director] Florian [Henckel von Donnersmarck] and I’ve always wanted to work with Johnny and never met him, so it was a great. Everything was great about this project.” The movie’s director was equally charmed by his leading actors and likened the premiere’s madness to the kind he experienced shooting the film abroad. “Well, now you can imagine what it was like every single day,” he laughed to MTV News. “And we had about 30,000 [people] standing behind the barricades whenever we tried to do an intimate scene, so it was quite adventurous.” He added that working with the two stars was pure joy. “It’s exciting,” he explained. “There’s a reason why we’re all so fascinated with these people. It’s because they are so fascinating and they’re fun, very creative people. … Actually, I think they’re not too far from what they are onscreen in this film. … Johnny is as funny and as cool as he is onscreen in real life. I’d say there’s very little difference. … He’s everybody’s idol. “And Angelina’s the same way,” he continued. “She’s just so elegant and feminine and just exciting … it was quite an experience working with them.” Check out everything we’ve got on “The Tourist.” For breaking news, celebrity columns, humor and more — updated around the clock — visit MTVMoviesBlog.com .
