Mexican Independence Day parade 2010

Spectators watch floats pass along the street, during the East L.A. Mexican Bicentennial Independence Day Parade, in Los Angeles on Sunday, Sept. 12, 2010. The Mexican Mutual Society’s Mexican Independence Day Fiesta will be from 6 to 9 tonight at the society, 1820 E. 28th St., Lorain. There will be a buffet dinner for $8 with tacos, tamales, tostadas, burritos, rice, beans, salads and desserts. Music will be provided by WDLW Radio host Jose “Pepe” Rivera and entertainment by the Alma de Mexi
