TIM SLOAN/AFP/Getty Images A Furious Mother Speaks Out One viral video served as another example of when bullying goes too far. In Independence, Missouri, kids were caught on camera bullying a 13-year-old, even going as far as holding a gun to his head. The victim was identified as Darren, according to Fox 4 News , and in the clip, he’s kneeling while other kids are yelling at him to kiss their feet. They go on to use racial slurs and eventually, someone pulls out a gun and holds it to Darren’s head. You can watch the disturbing video here . Two minors and a 17-year-old have been apprehended by the Independence police in relation to the video. The 17-year-old turned himself into the police on Tuesday. Darren’s mother, Emily Bridges, was outraged by the clip. She said her son came home with bruises on his face on Saturday. She was trying to figure out the reason for the bruises when her younger son showed her the bullying video. “I was hurt,” Bridges said. “I was angry. I was crying. I was mad. I was upset because he didn’t defend himself.” To make matters worse, Emily said Darren is also on the autism spectrum. “It’s sad that other kids think it’s OK to treat people that way,” Bridges said. “I don’t want my kids to treat people that way, and I don’t allow them to.” After the gun was pulled on Darren in the video, another person threw a punch at him. Bridges says the people who attacked her son also stole money from him. She went to the police about the incident and said, at first, they didn’t seem to be too concerned. “He just really said that they’re minors. There’s not a lot that happens to them,” Bridges said. “They have to do community service. There’s not a lot. I should just keep Darren away from there and keep him at home.” When the video of Darren’s assault made rounds on social media, Bridges said she got some support from the community. She hopes the clip will serve as a lesson to other kids and teens about bullying. “I hope the other kids see this and see that those actions and those behaviors are not OK,” Bridges said.

Jinger Duggar: Getting My Pre-Baby Body Back Was Easy!

It’s been three months since Jinger Duggar welcomed her first child , and from the looks of her latest Instagram pics, the 24-year-old wasted no time in getting back to her fitness regimen. Fans have marveled at Jinger’s post-baby body , and many have asked the Counting On star for tips and tricks. Fortunately, Jinger is happy to fill fans in on her weight loss methods. Un fortunately, her followers might not be thrilled with Jinger’s “secrets.” It turns out, Jinger has stuck to the basics in the months since she welcomed little Felicity into the world. Insiders say she eats right and exercises a lot — a fact Jinger confirmed with her latest Instagram posts. Jinger and her husband, Jeremy Vuolo, currently reside in Laredo, Texas, and while they escaped the brunt of Hurricane Michael, their proximity to the Gulf Coast means the couple has faced some pretty wild weather lately. But Jinger didn’t let the rain and wind stand in the way of her daily jogs. Jinger recently documented the stormy weather on her Instagram page and informed fans that it would not stop her from getting in a vigorous workout: “Perfect day for a run,” she captioned the above photo. As rich and famous as they are, the Duggars tend to eschew luxuries such as personal trainers and Hollywood trends like fad diets. So it stands to reason that Jinger would favor the old-fashioned approach when trying to lose that last little bit of baby weight. Needless to say, the old ways seem to be working for her. And one of Jinger’s famous peers recently took notice. “Uhm so that mama is looking fantastic. Congrats on your new baby girl!!!” Little People, Big World star Tori Roloff recently commented on one of Jinger’s pics. “She gets prettier every day.” Jeremy was quick to second that opinion, responding, “She gets prettier every day.” Obviously, baby Felicity is Jinger’s number one priority these days, but it seems she’s also taking time to look after herself while Jeremy watches the baby. Iceland’s Government In Shambles After Prime Minister’s Father Tries To Clear Pedophile’s Name

OLIVIER MORIN/AFP/Getty Images Prime Minister’s Father Tries To Help Convicted Pedophile According to reports, Iceland’s government was in falling apart on Friday after a coalition party quit because the prime minister’s father tried to clear a pedophile’s name. The centrist Bright Future Party said in a Facebook post that there was “a serious breach of trust,” causing their withdrawal. Prime Minister Bjarni Benediktsson took office in January with his Independence Party, the Reform Party and the centrists. Benediktsson’s father, Benedikt Sveinsson, reportedly helped a convicted child molester apply for a clause in the country’s judicial system that allows those who’ve served sentences for serious crimes to “restore their honor.” The criminal in question is Hjalti Sigurjon Hauksson, who in 2004 was convicted of raping his stepdaughter almost every day for 12 years, and sentenced to five years in jail. Sveinsson made a statement claiming he didn’t know his actions would do anything beside helping a convicted felon get back on their feet. He said, “what was supposed to be a small gesture of good will towards a convicted criminal has instead turned into a continuation of the tragedy for the victim. For this I again apologize.”

Blac Chyna Doesn’t Know Rob Kardashian’s Friends Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna … bless this mess. This couple is absolutely in shambles this week — they’re always in shambles, honestly, but this week has been especially rough. It all started on Monday night when Rob made the hilarious but seriously uncool move of tweeting out Kylie Jenner’s phone number . Rob Kardashian Releases Kylie Jenner Phone Numer He did this, he said, because Rob’s sisters threw a baby shower for him and didn’t invite Chyna. And that does sound like a rude, petty move, but as it turns out, the plan was for Rob and Chyna to have separate baby showers because they had broken up . But then earlier today we heard that Rob and Chyna are still together, they’re just not speaking or texting . Yes, it’s all terribly mature and romantic, isn’t it? Except where it’s actually the dumbest, most pitiful excuse for a relationship we’ve seen on reality television in recent memory. Don’t worry though, it gets worse: in a new Rob & Chyna clip, which you can see above, Blac Chyna tells Scott Disick that she’s never even met any of Rob’s friends. She’s engaged to Rob, she’ll give birth to his first child in just a few short weeks, and she’s never met any of his friends. Yeah, that sounds normal. The clip starts with Chyna and Scott planning a party for Rob. Chyns sounds a little cautious, telling Scott that “Rob always gets nervous and chokes up when he’s around a lot of people,” but Scott shuts it down, saying that “everyone needs to start spending time together.” What’s that, Scott? A family should spend time together instead of avoiding each other and fighting over idiotic nonsense? Surely you must be joking! Scott continues acting as conductor of the Truth Train, saying that Rob’s “got all these friends that he grew up with that you don’t even know. They keep calling me like ‘Why have I not met Rob’s future wife and the mother of his child?'” Sadly, Scott says that Rob just kind of shrugs it off when he asks him about it. As for Chyna, she later tells the camera that “I don’t know none of Rob’s friends, and that’s just different.” And really, if we had to pick just one statement to sum up Rob and Chyna’s relationship, it would be her saying “that’s just different,” tone and all. We’re not sure exactly what’s going on with these two, and we’re not entirely convinced that even they know what’s going on with them. But it’s probably safe to say that it’s real damn weird. If she doesn’t know any of his friends, that’s a bad sign. If they’re not talking, that’s a bad sign. If you consider basically anything that’s happened in their relationship since they began dating at the beginning of this year, they’re all bad signs. You’ve got to give it up for those Kardashians — whether it’s feuding with each other, being petty and awful, or just having terrible relationships, they really just go for it. Tom Hiddleston: I Will Not Speak About Taylor Swift!

Tom Hiddleston and Taylor Swift were an item for a few months.  Their relationship was the subject of much controversy down to just how quickly Swift rebounded from her relationship with Calvin Harris.  When Taylor and Tom became a thing, the internet couldn’t help but scrutinize Taylor for moving swiftly on.  They had one of the most interesting relationships in recent memory.  Fans were at odds, wondering whether the whole relationship was a gigantic publicity stunt.  If it was a publicity stunt, then the two stars succeeded in getting a lot of that.  Their relationship was pretty much everywhere.  You know you’re in good graces with Taylor Swift when she invites you to her Independence Day soirée.  Her guest list generally includes her squad and their partners.  Basically, get on Taylor’s squad and you’ll be invited.  Tom recently sat down with his pal, Benedict Cumberbatch for October issue of Interview .  Benedict made it clear that Taylor would not be mentioned in the interview.  This is not the first interview in which Tom did not speak about Swift . “There’s another weight of us being in the public eye, which is this presumption that, because your work and your promotion work is very public, your private life should be, too,” Cumberbatch stated. “And, without getting into a huge debate, I just want to say that I’m not going to ask questions about my friend’s personal life just because there are unsolicited photographs of him and a certain someone, in a relationship or together,” the Sherlock actor continued. “I’m not going to get into that. So that door is closed, dear reader.” One of the topics Hiddleston did open up about was filming Thor: Ragnarok in Australia.  If you recall, Taylor was with Tom in Australia, so the next part might have something to do with her.  “You’ve got to do something, even if it’s just to kick-start the day,” he told Cumberbatch. “I use music. And running. I find that, when I’m working, if I start the day with a run—outside, not in a gym, but just me out there in the elements, with only my own legs to propel me forward … It’s something to do with just being in the world and getting out of my own head.” It is a bit disheartening that he didn’t publicly mention his relationship with Taylor, but maybe he’s trying to keep things classy.  Maybe Taylor has told Kanye West about the relationship and Kim Kardashian will use it to call her out on Keeping Up with the Kardashians .  That’s what happened with the whole Taylor being used on Kanye’s music video fiasco.  It made for a great episode of the reality hit, but it was convoluted.  It would not be the first time.  What do you think about all of this? Jamie Foxx Saves a Life, Denies Being a Hero

Jamie Foxx has restored our faith in humanity.   The Oscar winner saved Brett Kyle, 32, from being burned in a car crash. At around 8:30pm local time on January 18th, the car skidded on a wet road in Hidden Valley, a town northeast of Los Angeles.  It then hit a ditch and flipped over in front of Foxx's property.   The star reacted quickly, first calling 911 and then going to see if Kyle was ok. When Foxx realized he was unconscious and slumped over, he felt the car and knew that it would soon go up in flames.   So, Foxx broke through the car window, cut off the seatbelt and was able to drag Kyle to safety before it was too late. Foxx humbly recounted his heroic efforts, explaining step-by-step what he did and what he saw in the car.   “I don't look at it as heroic, I look at it as I just had to do something,” Foxx told NBC4 News of what he did. “I said 'you got angels around you.' ” The victim's father got emotional as he thanked Foxx for saving his son's life. “it doesn't matter to me who it was or what they do for a living,” Brett Kyle told news crews. “Just the idea that someone would do that, is so much more than I can fathom.” Foxx posted an Instagram  of himself with Brad after the accident. Met the father of the young man from last night today. This is all that matters,” Foxx wrote. “That a man, a son, a brother's life was spared last night. God had his arms wrapped around all of us…No heroes…Just happy fathers.”

Obviously, jeans aren’t as revealing, but maybe leaving something to the imagination is making a comeback (at least for those who are barely old enough to vote). Just kidding! As anyone who’s seen Bella’s workout photos knows, Spandex will always have a place in the world of celebrity selfies. Jeans are just a way of saying, “See? I am capable of wearing real clothes, so you can hire me for roles where I’m not constantly sunbathing or cheerleading.” It’s an important resume-building step that comes right after ” sucking up to Quentin Tarantino ” for those trying to earn respect as a legitimate Hollywood actress.  Yes, we’re not just here to ogle Bella Thorne’s latest Instagram pics, folks. The couple previously dated for almost four years and had plans to get married, but they broke up in 2013, soon after Miley entered the intergalactic stoned pixie phase of her career.
