Drizzy places bars at a premium, and though it took a few seconds, he name-dropped one of his favorite MCs, calling out an early Wu-Tang Clan affiliate La the Darkman. “Crazy, though, amazing, amazing bars on that,” Drake said without naming a specific La mixtape or body of work. The Take Care MC acknowledged Jay-Z and Kanye’s Watch the Throne, as well as Meek Mill and the entire Maybach Music Group. However, he did fail to name his Young Money boss Lil Wayne — though we’re sure it was merely an oversight. The Snowman will join Sway on ‘RapFix Live’ Wednesday at 4 p.m. ET on MTV.com.
