Well, only in China it seems. As of right now, the Chinese government has assigned the Shanghai News and Publication Bureau to investigate reports that Blizzard and NetEase, the World of Warcraft server operators in China, are operating an illegal Joint Venture. According to a source, the General Administration of Press and Publication of PRC has assigned Shanghai News and Publication Bureau to make a thorough investigation into the issue relating to the joint venture established by Blizzard Entertainment and NetEase
