Move over, Miley Cyrus . Another star would like a moment in the scandalous spotlight – and you know her pretty well. A cameraman captured Noah Cyrus – 13-year old Noah Cyrus – driving around Los Angeles yesterday with her father, Billy Ray, sitting proudly in the passenger’s seat. California law requires one to be 15-and-a-half before one can obtain a learner’s permit, but check out this photo of Noah behind the wheel . The Cyrus family just can’t stop making headlines, can it? Noah Cyrus doesn’t turn legal driving age for another 20 months and Billy Ray is yet to respond to calls asking about this incident. But don’t hold your breath for authorities to step in and ticket the law-breaking young lady. Because no officer actually caught Noah in the act, nothing can be done about it now. On the bright side, at least the 13-year was fully dressed.

Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert are again rumored to be on the rocks … or having a baby, or getting a very expensive divorce, depending on what you read. He finds it all very amusing in any case. According to various tabloids, Blake has been cheating on his wife, possibly with Lindsay Sporrer , with whom he attended Usher’s birthday party. But, in typical fashion, the country singer and The Voice coach chose to address the ongoing chatter by embracing and/or making a mockery of it. “I just read back to back NEW stories that @mirandalambert and I are having a baby , divorcing, cheating and feuding with @cher. Must be true!” Blake Tweeted. “If it costs 40 million dollars to get a divorce then how will we ever afford it?!!!’ Shelton added. “We had that money set aside for health care!!!” Shelton isn’t as kind to some critics, such as the Westboro Baptist Church , but when it comes to being a celeb tabloid fixture, he insists its all good. “I love it. I honestly do love it,” he told CBS This Morning . “I just know, to have that kind of coverage, if I’m popular enough they want to put me and Miranda on that stuff … that’s awesome. I have an album coming out!” “Put my album right next to it and pick it up.”

Squirrel Drops Nut From Pole, Reacts in Hilarious, Devastated Fashion

In devastating news, a squirrel recently dropped his nut from atop a telephone pole when tragedy struck and a slight misstep sent his breakfast tumbling down. Incredibly, a photographer was there to document his stunned reaction: To answer the obligatory question: Yes. This is somehow a real photo . Ajeet Vikram, the photographer, said that the poor critter had just finished scurrying up the pole with his bounty at the moment of devastation – and disbelief. The 27-year-old from India set out to take photos of the sunrise that day, but happened to zero in on the squirrel and capture his expression of abject terror. “The squirrel was going up and down the pole, then suddenly climbed on the top and started to eat something. This made me want to take pictures,” he said. “The squirrel had some kind of nut, which he dropped. When I saw the [picture], I thought ‘Bingo.’ it was mind blowing. My friends all call me a real photographer now.” As for why he was intrigued by such a simple animal to start with? “I really like squirrels,” he said. “I think they look really innocent.” Particularly in life-changing moments of such raw emotion.
