Kendra Wilkinson failed to impress again on Dancing With the Stars, finishing tied for last Monday (albeit with two other couples, and a decent score). Decked out like a figure on a Fourth of July cake, the E! star looked less than inspired and more like she was simply trying to get through the foxtrot. She’s an amateur, of course, so no one expects her to be perfect. But you wonder if she’s still hurting from last week, after which she said she felt belittled and embarrassed by Carrie Ann Inaba.
