As the world awaits his comeback. longtime sponsor Nike has created an 30-second advertisement featuring the voice of his deceased father, Earl Woods. The ad was entitled ‘Earl and Tiger’ in which relates to the current personal situation of the famed golfer. Click here to view the embedded video. Nike will be airing the ad on ESPN and the Golf Channel this evening (and was uploaded earlier today to the Nike Golf YouTube channel) and its tone of somber reflection will likely play well with audiences. While other brands including Accenture and AT&T have dropped Woods as an endorser, Nike has stood by its marquee golf pro.
