Michael Girgenti Threatens Kourtney Kardashian: I’ll Sue!

Michael Girgenti refuses to give up. The model – who has been making tabloid headlines since first alleging that he’s the true father of Mason Dash Disick in 2009 – has resurfaced and is featured in the latest issue of Star . And he’s not gonna take it very much longer! Girgenti has supposedly penned a heartfelt letter to Kourtney Kardashian in which he begs her to get a DNA test. “This is Kourtney’s last chance,” Girgenti tells the tabloid. “My next step will be to take her to court and sue her for a paternity test.” Sources claim that Kourtney recently broke down and admitted to Scott Disick that she’s “not absolutely certain” he’s the dad, but Girgenti is looking for more. The poor guy says he’s “tired of not knowing if Mason is my son” and wants “the constant wondering to end.” So, with that in mind, we’ll make this short and simple for you, Michael: Mason is not your son. Sorry. But someone had to say it.

Powerball Winning Numbers: Will You Win the Third-Biggest Prize EVER?

The Powerball jackpot ballooned big time in the run-up to this evening’s drawing, with an estimated $360 million in play. Do you have the winning numbers? We highly doubt it. But if you have a ticket, you never know! Officials expect jackpot totals of this size to continue to climb, thanks in part to a game redesign that increased the odds of winning some kind of prize. This also lowered the possible number combinations to win the Powerball, however. In any case, the lotto craze is showing no signs of slowing. The “cross-selling” of Powerball and Mega Millions tickets – states being able to sell both Powerball tickets and Mega Millions tickets – also helps. As a result, large jackpots will continue to surpass all-time jackpot records set years ago, said Mary Neubauer, spokeswoman for the Iowa Lottery. Iowa is one of the founding Powerball states, where it remains huge. “It usually took a handful of months, if not several months, for a jackpot to reach this large amount,” she said. “Now it’s achieving that within a handful of weeks .” “I think the redesign is achieving exactly what we had wanted it to.” In fact, more than half of the all-time records have been hit recently. The top two all-time jackpots – $656 million from a Mega Millions jackpot and $587.5 million from a Powerball jackpot – were achieved in 2012. The last major win came when a New Jersey man won a $338.3 million jackpot – now considered the fourth largest jackpot in history – this March. Players aren’t complaining about the large sums. On the contrary. “I’d hire someone to tell me what to do with the money,” said R.J. Konyek, 36, an engineer in Omaha, Neb. “I’d definitely be up for the challenge (of spending it).” Insurance agent Joe Williams, of Middleton, Wis., is trying like so many others to get lucky with Powerball. Even his $4 investment gives him a shot. “I know rationally it makes no sense,” he said of his long shot. “But at the same time, without a ticket, I have zero chance.” You can’t win if you don’t play. Words to live by.

Amy’s Baking Company Blames Facebook Rant on Hackers, No One Buying It

The Facebook page of an Arizona bakery became a national story after the owners of Amy’s Baking Company were featured on Gordon Ramsay’s FOX show. But the insane-seeming duo now says they had nothing to do with the EPIC rants that followed their Kitchen Nightmares appearance, which was ridiculed online. Instead, they’re playing the “hacking” card . The couple’s behavior on the show was beyond bad – it was even too much for Ramsay, who walked out before renovations in the May 10 episode. The Scottsdale, Ariz., establishment was accused of stealing tips from employees, selling desserts from elsewhere and being rude to customers. After the show, outraged viewers flooded the restaurant’s social media outlets, including Yelp, to call them “horrible,” “rude” and their behavior “criminal.” As the angry commenters bashed them online, the incredulous owners responded to the “witch hunt” by calling them “stupid” and asking them to “piss off.” The posts were later removed, however, and the couple, Amy and Samy Bouzaglo, now claim that a hacker is to blame for their alleged responses: “Obviously our Facebook, YELP, Twitter and Website have been hacked,” the duo said in response to the controversy on Wednesday … OBVIOUSLY. “We are working with the local authorities as well as the FBI computer crimes unit to ensure this does not happen again. We did not post those horrible things.” “Thank You Amy & Samy.” We’re sure the FBI will make this their HIGHEST priority. Amy’s Baking Company hacking excuse: Real or BS?   Totally real. BS. They’re insane and everyone knows it. View Poll »
