Fans of the only real comedic horror franchise are getting ready to scream again. On April 15, Neve Campbell, Courteney Cox and David Arquette all reprise their roles for Scream 4 . Joining these veterans will be a slew of young actresses, including Lucy Hale, Anna Paquin, Emma Roberts and Hayden Panettiere.
