Paris Hilton is the latest humanitarian in Hollywood. The celebutante just Tweeted some pics of herself in Guatemala, where she visited poverty stricken villages and spent some time with families there. There are shots of her on the plane, and the one above…holding a small boy in a children’s hospital.
