Katy Perry is one of those girls that I either love or hate depending on what she is wearing. And today, after seeing these photos of her at the 2012 Billboard Women In Music Luncheon she has won me over. I guess it’s not hard when Katy’s dress highlights her awesome breasts. Anyway, as long as she doesn’t do something stupid like dye her hair blue , Katy will remain in my good books.
