Seems a bit extreme… YG inexplicably jumped into a crowd mid-performance to catch fade with a heckling fan over the weekend, then incited a glass-throwing frenzy from the stage. But new reports are claiming he did all this as a method to cover up the fact that he couldn’t complete his performance. Via TMZ : Rapper YG started the chaotic water bottle melee that abruptly ended his concert … and he did it to cover up the fact that he couldn’t sing. YG lost his voice 2 songs into his performance … that’s what a rep for the promoters tell TMZ. The promoters say the rapper first tried to get his DJ to pump up the volume to mask his voice, but when that didn’t work he resorted to throwing water bottles at the crowd … which predictably turned bad. Apparently YG wasn’t sure the bottle would do the trick, so he jumped off stage and punched a fan in the face … and that’s when all hell broke loose. The promoter tells us the club is now in danger of losing its license. We’re told the club may take legal action against the rapper. We reached out to YG’s camp for comment … so far, no word back. Hmmmm…you think that’s the reason, or does he likely just have irrational anger due to years of gang-bangin’?

Miguel Was Ordered Not To Do Leg Drop According to TMZ Miguel was ORDERED not to attempt a dangerous jump over the crowd during his performance at the Billboard Music Awards because producers believed it was too dangerous … but the singer ignored them … sources connected to the production tell TMZ. We’re told … Miguel approached producers before rehearsals and asked if he could try to jump over the crowd during his performance … but producers shot down the idea, telling Miguel it was just too dangerous. But when showtime came around, Miguel blew off the order … and producers’ fears were realized when he botched the jump and leg dropped a female fan … slamming her head against the stage.
