Jenna Bush Hager, daughter of President George W. Bush, welcomed her first child , a girl named Margaret Laura, Saturday evening in New York City. The baby, who will go by Mila, is named after her grandmothers, one of whom is former First Lady Laura Bush. Here’s a photo of the happy family: “Both my girls are healthy and well,” new dad Henry Hager told Today , noting that Mila arrived a bit ahead of her due date but is healthy and happy. She weighed in at 6 lbs., 15 oz. and measures 19¼ inches long. Jenna Bush Hager, 32, is a contributor for the NBC morning show and shared a number of family photos, including another intimate moment with Mila below. As for Jenna’s dad, needless to say he’s excited. “We met our beautiful granddaughter [on Sunday],” the 43th President of the United States reports. “Jenna and Mila are healthy. And our family is elated.” Congratulations to the Bush and Hager families!!

George Anthony, Father of Casey, Denies Krystal Holloway Affair Allegation

When the Casey Anthony trial began, her defense attorney, Jose Baez, threw out some stunning allegations against Casey’s father, George. Namely, that his prior abuse of Casey caused her to act erratically, and that he had an affair with a woman named Krystal Holloway who was helping him look for Casey’s missing 2-year-old daughter, Caylee Anthony. Tuesday, on the stand, George Anthony denied any infidelity. “She was someone who volunteered at our site,” he said. “I considered her a friend. She worked at our command center to help find Caylee.” Why does it matter to Casey Anthony’s defense whether or not he had an affair with Holloway? Because of something he supposedly told her. Holloway told police that during an intimate moment, George confided that Caylee’s death was “an accident that snowballed out of control.” “Did you say that to her?” Baez asked the father of the accused. “No,” said Anthony. “I didn’t confide with anyone during that time.” During the testimony, jurors swiveled their chairs towards George Anthony, watching him intently.
