Simon Cowell has admitted he misses having Paula Abdul alongside him on the American Idol panel. Speaking with TV show Extra the acid-tongued Brit says the show is “different” without Paula’s often cryptic and bizarre comments. He said: “I miss her, of course.” Cowell told how he doesn’t want to “get in the middle” of the money row between Paula and American Idol bosses and that the chemistry between the judges – himself, Randy Jackson and Kara DioGuardi – is “different” since Paula’s departure.
