She had yet to be sentenced, so we guess Soliz figured she wouldn't exactly keep his secret when she got on the stand. The transporting of illegal aliens conviction carries a maximum punishment of 10 years imprisonment, while the bribery conviction is punishable by a maximum 15-year-term of imprisonment, the U.S. Attorney's office says.
