NEW YORK, NY – AUGUST 16: Filmmaker/actor Moses Verneau attends the AOL Build Presents Moses Verneau discussing his film “Money And Violence” at AOL HQ on August 16, 2016 in New York City. (Photo by Jim Spellman/WireImage) Web Favorite Hits Prime Time “Money & Violence” has gone from Youtube to the boob tube. The hood favorite, which chronicles the lives of New York’s gritty criminal underbelly, is set to head to TV screens soon after making its debut on Youtube, it’s creator and star, Moetivation told BOSSIP. Moetivation, who was born Moses Verneau, told us he just inked a deal with a major yet-to-be-named cable network to bring “Money & Violence” to television. And although the show has changed mediums, he said it’ll be the same real life look at the world of drug dealers, gunmen and thieves that viewers have grown to love. “We’re going into television,” he told us. “Look out for season three. It’s going to be amazing. It’s going to have the same authenticity, the same grit that you know and love from ‘Money & Violence,’ only bigger and better.” Last season ended in a cliff hanger, with “Shooter” Shane hospitalized after his own brother (played by rapper Uncle Murda ) shoots him for “disrespecting” him. But now going to a bigger platform, and having a bigger budget, we’re going to be able to do a lot more. “Money & Violence” made its debut on Youtube two years ago to critical acclaim, and spawned several other web-based urban series. Last year, Moe moved the show to Tidal, which broadcasted season two. But season three will now head to cable TV. “It’s amazing, and at the same time, it’s a learning process,” he said. “I’m still getting used to this. So just as much as I’m trying to be a creator, I’m also a student at the exact same time.”

Social media and struggle thugs don’t mix unless you’re a law enforcement agent looking for an easy score. The New York Police Department finally finished the job they started in 2012 by busting the rest of the notorious Bronx “280″ Gang, including their Moses–Diamond Brown, a.k.a. ‘Debo’, aka ‘Bo Gotti,’ and his top lieutenants Jesus Perez, a.k.a. “Juice Bambino” and Guess Carter, a.k.a. “Guess Loc.”…. Where is Beyoncé? You better get ya girl B! Gwyneth seems to need a reminder that she has a husband of her own to gush about. According to Daily Mail reports : Chris Martin may be the frontman of one of the world’s most successful rock bands but his son Moses has no desire to follow in his footsteps. Instead the seven year old, whose mother is Gwyneth Paltrow, wants to emulate his beloved ‘Uncle Jay’, aka rapper Jay-Z and develop a career in hip-hop. Speaking in the latest issue of South Africa’s Fair Lady magazine , Paltrow praised Jay as an ‘incredible person’ and explained: ‘I think my son would like to be more like Uncle Jay! He asked me the other day how he can look more like Uncle Jay. I said I would have to think about it!’ The proud mother added: ‘He is an amazing hiphop little guy. You can’t believe it. ‘I had a note from his teacher the other day. She said, “Dear Mrs. Martin, I would like tell you that all the children sang me ‘Happy Birthday’ today and afterwards Moses did a spontaneous rap that was actually brilliant.”‘ And Gwyneth wouldn’t mind if Moses grew up to be just like Jay Z, who is married to her close pal Beyonce Knowles. ‘ She told the publication: ‘He really has mastered the art of being his own being.’ ‘He is an incredible person, and so I find it really inspiring.’ While Oscar winner Gwyneth has found huge success in her acting career, neither Moses, nor his nine year old sister Apple, wish to emulate her when they grow up. Gwyneth said: ‘Neither of my kids has said that they want to act. They are both very into music and they both express that they want to do music in some way, but not acting.’ Indeed, Apple is more inclined to copy her dad, with Gwyneth saying: ‘My daughter is more into indie rock. She wants to have a band.’ Hopefully Apple sings better than her mommy. SMH. Do you think Gwyneth was out of pocket letting the world know her kid admires Jay-Z so much? If your “best friend” was talking to the press about your hubby but failed to mention you, would you be upset? Continue reading →
