Miley Cyrus ‘ hair is now at that ugly stage. Either she needs to cut it short or get some extensions because right now it’s very Justin Bierber-ish. On the bright side, here she is at on a German TV show working a popsicle and giving us a little tongue action. You know, I think every Miley picture set we’ve seen in the last month has her sticking her tongue out. Girl has an oral fetish and needs the Tuna to help control it.
