Melanie Fiona is back in full force as she hit the stage yesterday at the fifth anniversary of the Global Fusion Festival in Philadelphia. This festival is the largest one-day ethnic festival in Philly, and is held at Penn Landing. Produced by the Multicultural Affairs Congress, the festival features drink specials, give-aways, ethnic foods, ethnic dancing and many more. Among the performers of this year’s festival were Estelle, Anthony David, Maino, and Meek Millz. I had the opportunity to attend the festival this year and was blown away by how many people came out to support! Melanie Fiona was by far my favorite performer and kept the crowd rocking in the sweltering heat with her hit singles, “It Kills Me”, “Give It To Me Right” and many more.
