According to the Washington Post, the helicopter crashed about 4 miles west of downtown Atlanta. The copter hit a power line as it fell and blacked out several local businesses. Police spokesman Carlos Campos said that the power line was not responsible for the crash. Campos said: “It appeared to hit the utility wire on the way down (but) we don’t know what caused it.” The Associated Press reports that the Federal Aviation Administration and the National Transportation Safety Board were both

While the pairing may not be as iconic as that of Miley Cyrus and Nick Jonas , a few music fans out there are still excited over the upcoming Kanye West and Jay Z album. Titled “Watch the Throne,” the collaborative effort will hit stores in March. But the duo has released its first single from the CD online, lyrics from which include: “I swam waters with great whites/Y’all mothaf**ckas would’ve been chewed/I hustle with vultures late night/Y’all mothaf**kas would’ve been fooled.” Listen below and sound off: What do you think? While not defending Sarah Palin’s crosshairs map and election-oriented Tweets about “reloading,” Barbara Walters still feels kind of bad for her. On The View, Babs insists that Sarah isn’t responsible for the shooting in Arizona perpetrated by Jared Lee Loughner , “a deranged young man.” “Whether that speared him on or whether he is just a very sick person, we don’t know,” Walters says, but we all need to stop pointing fingers … The View Ladies Discuss Arizona Shooting, Sarah Palin “To blame Sarah Palin I think is very unfair to her,” she added. We agree. We have said the same all along. Sarah Palin is not responsible, directly or indirectly, for the shooting of U.S. Rep. Gabrielle Giffords. Criticisms of her vitriolic rhetoric, low class tactics and bull$h!t story about how the crosshairs weren’t meant to be gun sights are in bounds, however.
