After contracting a virus and spending 50 hours holed up in a London hotel, Rihanna finally emerged … looking more camera shy than we’re used to seeing. Rihanna had been in her room ever since becoming sick to her stomach after reading Chris Brown’s vile Twitter rant against Jenny Johnson … just kidding. The singer fell ill after her live performance on The X Factor two days earlier. Fortunately, she was eating an orange as she made her way to the airport. Gotta keep those Vitamin C levels up. It’s not clear what was ailing her, but after a year of non-stop working and partying – she’s on IVs every few weeks it seems – her immune system must be shot. Girl could definitely use some rest, and she may soon get it. It’s reported that she’s taking Chris Brown to her native Barbados for New Year’s.
