Earlier this month, we reported that Carole Middleton got noticeably drunk while attending a rugby match at London’s Twickenham Stadium. A single instance of Carole knocking back one pint too many is amusing. Unfortunately, sources are now claiming that it happens quite often and that Duchess Kate often cringes in embarrassment at her mother’s sloshed behavior. “It seems to be happening a lot lately,” a source tells Star magazine. “It’s a huge concern for Kate. She’ll hide her booze at her house, but mom just brings her own! Last Christmas, Carole had too much to drink and started telling totally inappropriate jokes. “Kate was so humiliated that she finally had to drag her away. She told her mom if she doesn’t straighten up, she’ll be banned from all royal events.” Of course, if Kate is really so concerned, she should probably stop quietly ushering her mom out of the room and start taking her to meetings. We know Kate has two kids and a whole heap of royal obligations to work with, but certainly her siblings should have time to help their mum get off the sauce, right? Pippa can’t keep a job , and James seems to devote most of his time to beard maintenance. Then again, those two might be a big of why Carole is getting snockered on a regular basis.

What happens when Great Britain’s most popular citizen visits the set of Great Britain’s most popular television series? We’ll soon find out! Multiple outlets confirm that Kate Middleton will visit Ealing Studios on March 12 “to celebrate the success of” Downton Abbey, with the Duchess of Cambridge even receiving a personal set tour from producer Liz Trubridge. Along the way, Middleton will meet with Downton Abbey cast and crew members; including Dame Maggie Smith, Phyllis Logan, Robert James-Collier, Lesley Nicol and Sophie McShera. According to the palace, Middleton will “watch one take of a scene being filmed in the servants’ quarters for series 6 and a second take of the scene via a monitor in the ‘Video Village’ area, before proceeding to the Servants Hall to join cast members, writers and producers in an official photograph.” Let’s hope this one does not include a plastic water bottle . By sheer coincidence, Kate’s gorgeous sister, Pippa Middleton , grew up playing tennis with Michelle Dockery, who portrays Lady Mary Crawley on the award-winning drama. The longtime friends have remained friends into adulthood, even attending a Wimbledon match together last year. As a member of the royal family, and the mother of the heir of the throne of the United Kingdom, interest in Duchess Kate Middleton is understandably high. Kate Middleton, Prince William Buy Royal Baby a $2,350 Silver Cross Stroller

In the stroll seen (and read about) ’round the world, Duchess Kate and Prince William have finally settled on a strolle r for their baby boy, Prince George. A $2,350 Silver Cross stroller to be exact, “the Rolls Royce of prams.” They’re just like the rest of us, you guys. Silver Cross, an England-based baby goods company, has been manufacturing baby prams for over 130 years and supplied the first baby carriage to George VI for Princess Elizabeth in 1913. “Silver Cross have provided royalty across the world with their prams and are delighted that the Duke and Duchess have chosen the premier British brand for Prince George” a representative of the company states. The Royal Couple christened Prince George last week in a ceremony at St. James’ Palace presided over by the Archbishop of Canterbury.

Rihanna Emerges From London Hotel After 50 Hours

After contracting a virus and spending 50 hours holed up in a London hotel, Rihanna finally emerged … looking more camera shy than we’re used to seeing. Rihanna had been in her room ever since becoming sick to her stomach after reading Chris Brown’s vile Twitter rant against Jenny Johnson … just kidding. The singer fell ill after her live performance on The X Factor two days earlier. Fortunately, she was eating an orange as she made her way to the airport. Gotta keep those Vitamin C levels up. It’s not clear what was ailing her, but after a year of non-stop working and partying – she’s on IVs every few weeks it seems – her immune system must be shot. Girl could definitely use some rest, and she may soon get it. It’s reported that she’s taking Chris Brown to her native Barbados for New Year’s.
