Kelly Brook apparently forgot to bring her glorious cleavage to this party, but that’s not even the most unbelievable part of these pictures. Just look at the amount of parking tickets she’s got on her car. How is that even possible? Did she leave and go flower shopping for 5 days? Did she park on top of a fire hydrant? Lindsay Lohan Wears See-Thru Shirt, Gets Parking Tickets [PIC]

For leaving her headlights on! Thank you, thank you, we’ll be here all week. Lindsay Lohan donned this see-through t-shirt for a trip to a Beverly Hills jeweler this past weekend, thus combining her duties as a Playboy cover girl and research for her potential role (key word “potential” -ed) role as “White Diamonds” creator Elizabeth Taylor . After returning to her car, Lindsay (and the horde of paparazzi that surround her 24/7) discovered that she had received not one, but two parking tickets while she was in the store, also fulfilling her “legal trouble” quota for the day. Say what you want about Lindsay’s acting skills, but she’s one hell of a multi-tasker. More pics after the jump!

Chris Brown Cleared of 95 Handicapped Parking Offenses

Chris Brown just scored a win in the case against his neighbors. The controversial singer had a whopping 95 (out of 117) parking tickets he accrued in recent months dismissed, saving him at least $15,000 in fines. Brown was ticketed time and again for parking in what appeared to be handicapped spaces at his condo. But he wasn’t being that guy – face it, we’ve all thought about it … they get all the best spots! – the spots were deeded to Chris. Sources at the City of West Hollywood confirm that the spaces were in fact assigned to Chris’ apartment from the beginning, which Brown had maintained. Chris may or may not be the neighbor from hell , but he wasn’t doing anything wrong by parking there, and 95 infractions for doing so were tossed out. He still has some work ahead of him, however. Sources say “22 citations remain open” for other parking offenses, and his neighbors are still trying to get his probation revoked for his conduct. [Photo: WENN.com]

It’s safe to assume the dream bout between Floyd Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao won’t be taking place any time soon. One of these boxers has a couple legal fights to deal with before he steps into the ring again. Mayweather, who is already facing a couple felony counts for allegedly punching his ex-girlfriend in the face, has now been charged with criminal battery in Nevada. It’s hard to say what Floyd Mayweather has more of: Championship belts or arrest warrants? This case stems from a November 15 incident , in which a private security guard Shayne Smith claims Mayweather went off on him after Smith placed parking citations on two of the athlete’s vehicles. Based on documents obtained by TMZ, Smith accuses Mayweather of screaming that the guard had “no f-cking business” touching his personal property. He then grabbed a parking tickets from one of his cars and slapped it on Smith’s patrol vehicle. “While lambasting Smith, Mayweather was allegedly jabbing his finger into the left side of Smith’s cheek just below his eye,” reads the charge. “This willful and unlawful use of force and violence upon Smith caused redness and discoloration to the area which was battered by Mayweather.” No response yet from Floyd’s reps, but Smith says he has photos the damage Mayweather allegedly inflicted on his cheek.
