He made headlines in 2006 when he went on a racial rant after being heckled by an audience member during his set at Los Angeles’ Laugh Factory. Actor Michael Richards’ rage has gotten him in some more hot water. TMZ reports the 61-year-old Seinfeld star is being sued by a photographer for allegedly beating him on a Los Angeles street on August 25. Brendon O’Neil filed the lawsuit on Friday at the Los Angeles Superior Court
