Justin Bieber on Instagram: I’m Just Like Michael Jackson!

For the first time since his arrest in Miami early yesterday morning, Justin Bieber has spoken out. And managed to sound both confusing and totally pompous in the process. The 19-year old artist took to Instagram this afternoon and posted a photo of himself sitting atop a car moments after he made bail and left prison . He then posted a picture of Michael Jackson making a similar gesture alongside it and wrote as a caption: “What more can they say.” Ummm… we have no idea, Justin. What more can they say? Perhaps that you should be more humble after getting pulled over for drunk driving, while speeding on an expired license? As opposed to comparing yourself to the most successful solo artist of all-time? Or that you should wish to emulate someone who didn’t die lonely, with a likely drug problem and who was accused multiple times of molesting young boys? 37 Scandalous Celebrity Mug Shots Open Slideshow 1. Debbie Rowe Breaks Down on Stand During Michael Jackson Wrongful Death Trial

Debbie Rowe took the stand at the Michael Jackson wrongful death trial today, making for an insightful and profoundly emotional experience. Debbie Rowe Testifies at Michael Jackson Trial Jackson’s ex-wife was ordered to testify by AEG Live, who the icon’s family is suing for billions, citing the concert promoters alleged liability for his demise. The Jacksons say AEG was negligent by ignoring warning signs, pushing MJ more than he could take, and hiring Dr. Conrad Murray to oversee his health. On the stand, Rowe found herself explaining Jackson’s relationship with his doctors, and with drugs, which turns out to be the centerpiece of the case. Through tears, she lamented his longtime battle with addiction , saying, “His fear of pain was incredible and I think the doctors took advantage in that way.” “Michael expected doctors to do no harm. Unfortunately, some doctors decided when Michael was in pain they would try to help him, and so he listened.” Debbie Rowe explained that when she was working for Dr. Arnold Klein, she would sometimes go to Jackson’s house twice a day to check on him. She would also go on the weekend, adding that the doctors were competing for MJ business and would call him and tell him they had better drugs. At one point, she called Dr. Allan Metzger and told him that Klein wasn’t doing what was best for Michael, and that Metzger was good for the star. Or at least he might have been. We’ll never know, she lamented, blurting out at one point, “‘Cause Conrad Murray got in there and killed him.” Rowe said Dr. Steven Hoefflin would give Jackson Propofol when he would have his burn scars injected, and only when having a procedure done. However, Rowe added that at times, she knew about when one doctor would just give him Propofol and put him under for 4-5 hours without treatment. She said she talked with Jackson about the problem but “he was worried about the pain … I’m probably one of the one people that said no to him.” Debbie Rowe , interestingly, was called as a witness by AEG, which is looking to establish a pattern of drug abuse that Michael alone is responsible for. They believe her stories will prove that they are not complicit in the King of Pop’s death; Rowe herself does not see eye to eye with them there, though. Debbie feels AEG is responsible for pushing him too hard in spite of this though, adding, “There is no way he could ever do a concert two nights in a row.” “His shows are so physical. My concern was it was a little drastic to do something like that. We were in another country and I didn’t know any of the medications.” She said she worried “what happens if you die,” but mentioned that Jackson himself was not too worried, but “was more worried about not sleeping.” Thus, he took more Propofol than ever. Rowe will resume testimony tomorrow as the complex, high-stakes case winds toward an uncertain end.

Michael Jackson Wrongful Death Trial: Could AEG Actually Lose?

The Michael Jackson wrongful death trial is in full swing, and it looks like defendant/concert promoting giant AEG Live actually stands a chance of losing. Michael’s mother and his children’s guardian, Katherine Jackson, have made a bold effort to convince a jury AEG Live was negligent, TMZ reports. Randy Phillips, the head of the company, had trouble explaining why he thought MJ ” looked really good ” in a meeting just five days before his death. A photograph of the entertainer taken a day before – June 19, 2009 – clearly showed otherwise, with a smiling Jackson looking noticeably gaunt and pale. Kenny Ortega and others testifying that they were alarmed over MJ’s health as AEG and Dr. Conrad Murray ignored them has also provd compelling. In the days preceding his death, Jackson missed rehearsals and was sweating profusely. He also seemed out of it, saying ” God keeps talking to me .” As for how Phillips reconciled his comment about Jackson with other evidence, he said, “I was confused as anybody.” Not exactly a convincing argument. Experts believed AEG would and could make the case that they felt Jackson being properly cared for by Murray, who MJ is said to have hand-picked. In other words, the explanation that Jackson knew what he was getting into and AEG can’t be held responsible for his recklessness seemed airtight. Or not. Lawyers for Katherine Jackson and the children (Blanket, Prince and Paris Jackson ) may have the upper hand in the trial up to this point. They key: If a jury believes AEG unreasonably pushed Michael to perform when they knew he wasn’t up for it, or if they ignored possible warning signs. The family is seeking tens of BILLIONS of dollars in damages resulting from the death of Michael Jackson, which tragically occurred June 25, 2009.

Paris Jackson Transferred to Hospital Where Michael Died

Paris Jackson was transferred to UCLA Medical Center Saturday night, effectively ending the 5150 psychiatric hold that began after her suicide attempt. That facility is the same one where her father, Michael Jackson, was pronounced dead four years ago this month following an acute Propofol overdose. As you’re likely aware by now, 15-year-old Jackson was rushed to the hospital early Wednesday after she allegedly cut her forearm with a meat cleaver. A purported Paris Jackson suicide note was found at the scene, though it’s unclear; the youngster is believed to have been battling major depression. She was placed under a 5150 psychiatric hold, effectively keeping her at a local hospital regardless of her condition or desire to leave, for 72 hours. That three-day period is now over, so the troubled teen was moved to UCLA Medical Center. TMZ photos showed Jackson being wheeled yesterday. No word on her status, though the mood of her security team suggested that Jackson may be doing better after what can only be called a tragic week. The Jackson family, of course, is no stranger to UCLA Medical Center, where Michael was taken after he went into cardiac arrest on June 25, 2009. That’s where he was pronounced dead, after Dr. Conrad Murray – who left Paris a bizarre pay phone “letter” this week – refused to call it at his home. As for the King of Pop’s daughter and her long-term prognosis, a custody judge has since ordered an investigation in a bid to ensure her well-being.

You Need More People: Michael Jackson’s Trial Attorney Tom Mesereau Says Fruity Wade Robson Is Full Of Ish, Claims AEG Is Behind Lawsuit

Wade seems like the type of person to do anything for that scrilla. Tom Mesereau Says AEG Is Behind Molestation Claim According to TMZ Something stinks in Wade Robson’s new molestation accusations against Michael Jackson — so says MJ’s famed trial attorney Tom Mesereau, who tells us the smell leads all the way back to AEG … the company currently being sued by Katherine Jackson. Tom called in to “TMZ Live” moments ago, claiming the timing of Wade’s accusations is extremely suspicious — considering the legal battle currently raging between Katherine and AEG … the concert promoters behind MJ’s 2009 “This Is It Tour.” Katherine and Michael’s children are suing AEG, claiming the company is responsible for MJ’s death by negligently hiring Conrad Murray to care for the singer … and potentially BILLIONS of dollars are at stake. Mesereau insinuates Wade’s accusations are motivated by money … specifically a payoff from AEG, which is currently on a mission to trash Michael’s reputation. We reached out to AEG for comment — so far no word back. We knew something was fishy, plus people keep coming forward exposing this guy. Twitter
