Matthew Perry, who most recently appeared in Mr. Sunshine on ABC, was in rehab twice in 2001 and 1997. A source tells us, “There was no relapse,” and that the actor plans to enter the facility shortly. Adam Case, Lindsay Lohan’s Betty Ford clinic cohort, has been under fire from cops looking to nail the troubled star for her altercation with Dawn Holland. They can all eat it, according to Case . Our girl was clean. The Riverside Country D.A. is still deciding whether to file charges against Lohan, even though Holland has said she won’t pursue the matter or cooperate.
