While documents don’t document what type of sexual molestation, Thompson believes Beyonce killed her kitten. Documents reviewed by Pitchfork show that the temporary restraining order request was denied by a court in Los Angeles on September 19, but there is a restraining order hearing scheduled for October 11. Thompson confirmed the accuracy of the documents originally posted by The Blast in an email to Pitchfork where she wrote, “All accusations…I survived are real.” Beyonce’s rep have yet to comment. This is yet another story of a school employee having sex with a minor. A former middle school employee was arrested after she confessed to police. The woman claims that she “fell in love” with her underage victim … and that she lost her virginity to him. Hannah Siboyeh is a former employee of Cypress-Fairbanks Independent School District. In July of 2017, she was 23 when she began an elleged sexual relationship with an underage student. The student has not been identified, of course, as he is both a minor and the victim. But it sounds like the former Labay Middle School student was 15 at the time. According to court documents, Siboyeh has acknowledged that what she did was the result of “one mistake after another.” Authorities learned about this on April 5th, 2018, after another student came forward to an assistant principal. They had apparently been at the student’s home and they noticed that Siboyeh was allegedly in bed with the student. Court documents state that the student reported the two “lying in bed together and that weird noises would be coming from the room.” That is, emphatically, not appropriate for any adult and minor. Good for that student for recognizing that and having the bravery to come forward. When investigators spoke to witnesses, they confirmed that the boy and Siboyeh were engaged in a “boyfriend girlfriend” type relationship. Court documents say that Siboyeh didn’t exactly hold out under interrogation. When confrontated by law enforcement at the middle school, she is said to have “started crying and stated that she lost her virginity to” the victim. “She admitted that she loved [the teen] with all of her heart,” the documents read. “She described the relationship as one mistake after another,” the documents say. “And admitted that it was her fault because she was the grownup and was older.” Not that it makes anything else okay, but it’s good that she is at least not blaming the minor. It is always the adult’s responsibility. Siboyeh posted the $10,000 bond on Friday and was able to go free. She is of course instructed to avoid any contact with her victim or his family. Additionally, she is to avoid going within 200 feet of any sort of school or child care center, and she is also to give that clearance to the boy’s home. She has been instructed to avoid contact with anyone under the age of 17. A little less intuitively, she has been forbidden from accessing the internet. Former Crew Member Fires Shots Against Fetty Wap On New Track Fetty Wap stay with some drama. Recording artist P. Dice formally of the Remy Boyz has released the first single from his upcoming project, The Petting Zoo. The new single, “Fetty Vanilli” takes aim at Fetty Wap, who P. Dice recently filed a $7 Million dollar lawsuit against over royalties he never received for co-writing the hit “679”. According to the documents filed, Fetty Wap cut a deal with P.Dice for 16.9% of the profits but knowingly changed the royalties and took his lyrics off of the song to avoid paying him. P. Dices’ new track, “Fetty Vanilli” samples the 1989 hit, “Girl You Know It’s True” by Milli Vanilli, the group who were famously exposed for lip-synching back in the 90s and were stripped of their GRAMMY. On the track, which features Dylie Dollas, P. Dice raps about his relationship with Fetty Wap and compares him to a modern day Milli Vanilli. No one has heard from Nick Gordon since Bobbi Kristina Brown’s untimely passing. Then, last week, the unofficially adopted son of the late Whitney Houston started to post personal photos on Twitter. One photo, which Gordon captioned “Baby Girl” features Brown working out. Another featured Brown kissing Gordon in front of an ice cream stand, with her legs wrapped around his. It was a bit strange, considering Gordon has kept a low profile. At press time, his account has been made private. Back in October, People Magazine obtained court documents from a $10 million wrongful death suit, which accuses Gordon of killing Bobbi Kristina. “Ms. Brown died due to a violent altercation with Defendant (Gordon) after which he placed her in a bathtub, unconscious, after he injected her with a toxic mixture,” the documents state. “After a particularly violent altercation with the Defendant (Gordon) which left her battered and bruised, with a tooth knocked out,” according to Bobbi Kristina’s court-appointed conservator, Bedelia Howard. Their relationship had been plagued with rumors of abuse leading up to her being found. Brown died on July 26th after a six-month coma, and Gordon denies having any involvement in her passing. They say the third time is a charm. But actor Terrence Howard would beg to differ. The Empire star has secretly divorced his wife, Mira Pak, on Monday July 27, making this his third divorce. Legal documents obtained by the New York Daily News state that Pak, 38, initiated the divorce proceedings in March, citing irreconcilable differences. At the time, Pak was pregnant with their first child. Their son, Qirin Love, was born in May. Howard publicly claimed that he was doing his share of baby duty. But the divorce papers suggest otherwise. In fact, Pak said the the documents that she and the 46-year-old actor had been living separately since August 2014. The details about Howard’s third divorce became public during the closing arguments of a separate court case related to his second wife, Michelle Ghent , on Monday, August 17. Howard and Ghent’s court case is related to his ongoing appeal to overturn the 2012 settlement with his former wife. The Oscar nominated star claims his ex blackmailed him. He claims his ex-wife threatened to release humiliating recordings of him dancing naked and having phone sex with other women if he didn’t agree to the divorce settlement. Ghent’s lawyers claimed that her actions were just one side of a troubled relationship; Terrence claims she threatened to kill him . Pretty standard. It was during Howard’s testimony that the judge referred to Pak (who was standing by Howard’s side in court last week) as his “ex-wife.” The comment came up during recordings of a conversation between Howard and Ghent in October 2013. In the recording, Howard claimed he still loved Ghent, even though he had recently married Pak. “I will never love someone like I loved you,” Howard said to Ghent during the October 2013 call. “You are my dream of all time.” Ghent maintains the the phone call is clear evidence that she did not extort him. Of course, Howard believes otherwise and insists that their relationship was complicated. “I loved her, and I was afraid of her also,” he testified Monday. The ruling on the case is due early next week.
We may never know exactly why Kim Richards shoplifted items from Target earlier this month. But the store has now released an incident report of the alleged event, which led to the troubled star’s latest arrest, and it at least gives us an idea of how Richards shoplifted items from Target. She then loaded them up with merchandise from the dollar section, tossing in various kinds of toys and accessories. Target goes on to explain that the former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star placed the bags in a shopping cart and drove said cart to the the express line… simply leaving it there without checking out. Richards told the clerk the items had already been paid for. She then grabbed another cart, eschewed any bags this time around and filled up the cart with toys and beauty products. Kim proceeded to push both her carts out of the store, got about three feet past the front door and was apprehended by a security guard who took her to a booking room. Once there, Kim claimed she didn’t recall whether or not she had paid for the items (which totaled approximately $600). The police were called in and they placed Richards under arrest. Richards, who has battled a substance abuse problem for years, is also now allegedly facing some major financial problems. It may not explain why she would steal an endless array of toys, but a recent report claims Richards is homeless and living out of her car.
This is some scary isht… Possible Case Of Ebola Hits The United States Ebola is making a resurgence in Liberia and throughout West Africa , but now an American traveler may have brought the virus back with him after a trip to an African nation experiencing an outbreak. Via MailOnline : New York City’s Mount Sinai Hospital is treating a sick male patient who recently returned from a West African country where the Ebola virus has been reported. The patient arrived at the hospital’s emergency room early on Monday morning with ‘a high fever and gastrointestinal symptoms,’ according to a statement from the hospital. The patient has been isolated and is undergoing diagnostic testing for Ebola, but also for other illnesses that could cause his symptoms. ‘All necessary steps are being taken to ensure the safety of all patients, visitors and staff,’ the hospital said in a statement. ‘We will continue to work closely with federal, state and city health officials to address and monitor this case, keep the community informed and provide the best quality care to all of our patients.’ The Department of Health has since released a statement stating that the patient is unlikely to have the deadly disease. ‘After consultation with CDC and Mount Sinai, the Health Department has concluded that the patient is unlikely to have Ebola. Specimens are being tested for common causes of illness and to definitively exclude Ebola,’ read the statement. Hospital officials say they hope to have an answer in the next 24 to 48 hours, but they say the symptoms are common in other illnesses. They say it’s “unlikely…” but how comfortable does that make you??

Rosie O’Donnell returned to The View today, seven years after leaving her spot as a host on the daytime talk show. And the panel wasted no time getting straight to some controversial topics, bringing up Dylan Farrow’s accusations against Woody Allen and asking for Rosie’s take on them. “I totally believe her,” O’Donnell said simply, citing the 1992 investigation that did NOT result in charges against the director and telling folks to read the documents because: “There was cause to prosecute, but they thought would be too traumatic for the 7-year-old child.” Earlier this week, Barbara Walters defended Allen in a very awkward exchange between View colleagues, one that made the long-time reporter sound like she’s in complete denial.
