Email Submit Thompson claims Beyonce is a practicing member of “extreme witchcraft” and used “magic spells of sexual molestation” to harass her. While documents don’t document what type of sexual molestation, Thompson believes Beyonce killed her kitten. Documents reviewed by Pitchfork show that the temporary restraining order request was denied by a court in Los Angeles on September 19, but there is a restraining order hearing scheduled for October 11. Thompson confirmed the accuracy of the documents originally posted by The Blast in an email to Pitchfork where she wrote, “All accusations…I survived are real.” Beyonce’s rep have yet to comment. T he president and his administration are deliberately sabotaging legal Haitian immigration through a number of political channels, advocacy groups, activists and people from Haiti said this week. And if the president’s profane position on Haiti wasn’t already clear enough — he reportedly called the island nation a “shithole” and asked lawmakers “Why do we need more Haitians?” — his administration doubled down on it Thursday by preventing people from Haiti from applying to work legally in the U.S. “Haitian nationals applying for H-2A and H-2B visas present extremely high rates of refusal, and those issued H-2A or H-2B visas have historically demonstrated high levels of fraud and abuse and a high rate of overstaying the terms of their H-2 admission,” the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) wrote in an official notice released Thursday. “Haiti has shown no improvement in these areas, and the Secretary of Homeland Security has determined, with the concurrence of the Secretary of State, that Haiti’s inclusion on the 2018 H-2A and H-2B lists is no longer in the U.S. interest.” READ MORE: Trump Targets Legal Haitian Immigrants For Deportation The news came as tens of thousands of Haitian immigrants in the U.S. legally were facing the prospects of immediate unemployment because the Trump administration delayed the process of re-registering for the Temporary Protection Status (TPS) program under which they were brought them to the country following a deadly earthquake in 2010. As a result, many employers have reportedly warned their workers who are TPS holders that they may not have a job come Monday, when the protection status was set to expire. Yet once again 60,000 people who have lived and worked in the U.S. for years and have established strong community ties will lose their ability to remain in any meaningful way in a matter of days.” Trump says he’s looking to protect our borders, but apparently he and his Mar-a-Lago club/estate don’t factor into that flawed equation. Aside from being the antithesis of humanitarian, moving to rid the country of TPS-holding Haitians as well as those with work visas is also a bad business decision that could adversely affect the country’s economy. “Haitian farmworkers on the H-2A visa that I have studied in Alabama added $4,000 to the U.S. economy per worker, per month,” Michael Clemens, a senior fellow at the non-partisan Center for Global Development, told NBC News . Christie had shut down the Garden State government after the state Legislature failed to pass a budget by the July 1 deadline, according to CNN . The shutdown reportedly furloughed an estimated 35,000 state workers and forced the temporary closure of state parks, beaches, recreational areas, and historic sites–which sucks because it happened to be on the weekend before July 4th. But, that didn’t stop Christie from setting his thigh and chest meat out with his family. He sat his azz on the “shut down” beach over the weekend, while everyone else was banned. Kanye West Will Remain At UCLA Medical Center For The Rest Of The Week While most of us are enjoying time with our families today, Kanye West will continue to be a patient at UCLA Medical Center at least until the end of the week according to a TMZ report. Yeezy’s family was hoping that he would released in time to enjoy the holiday at home, but it doesn’t appear that that’s going to happen. Kanye’s doctor says the temporary psychosis that he is suffering from is a result of sleep deprivation, extreme dehydration and deeper emotional issues that need to be sorted out. Whatever those issues are, a source close to Ye says that they are definitely covered under the insurance policy on his Saint Pablo Tour . Gotta suck to be dealing with this during the holiday, but doctors often say these are the hardest times of the year for a lot of people. The Blacklist got its Da Vinci Code on for The Blacklist Season 2 Episode 5 . The latest installment of this NBC hit was all about secret organizations and hidden maps in priceless works of art. And let’s not forget about those plague-ridden bones. Watch The Blacklist Season 2 Episode 5 Online The concept of terrorists using biological warfare is certainly a very real and a very scary one, but a group digging up ancient bones in order release the plague seems a little ridiculous. Not that The Blacklist is really aiming for realism on a weekly basis, of course. Once Samir and Liz were exposed, it was obvious a cure for this disease would be found So there was scarcely any drama to be wrought from their temporary quarantine. Still, we’re assuming most viewers were okay with this because there main focus was on Red and Liz. Did the episode reveal any more about their relationship? Red was anxious to track down a woman implied to be his daughter, though never confirmed, and he relied used both on his criminal and his legal resources to do so. Liz was jealous. But not jealous enough to reveal that Tom is hidden behind her basement door. In the end, Red tracked down the girl in question, Zoe Dantonio, and she does look a lot like Liz. But it remains unclear what this means and we’re left to wonder for another week whether Red is actually Liz’s dad. Sigh. Is everyone else as frustrated as we are by the series dragging out this key plot point? Would you like to see it resolved sooner than later? The Ice Bucket Challenge to raise awareness and money for ALS is spreading so incredibly quickly, it’s going to run out of people sooner rather than later. As with every social media campaign – even ones that raise millions – people move on and attention spans wane as we get saturated with new material. Some things never fail to win over the web, though, such as cats, hot Ryan Gosling photos or drugged-up people after their wisdom teeth get pulled. To wit, one girl who falls into the latter category decided to integrate her impaired state with the Ice Bucket Challenge, and the results were pretty classic: Girl Does Ice Bucket Challenge After Wisdom Teeth Removal Not the most stellar effort we’ve seen in terms of ice water cascading over a human being, but it stands out for its own comedic reasons in any case. Rihanna Granted Permanent Restraining Order Against Jonathan Whooper According to TMZ reports : The man accused of stalking Rihanna — and claiming to be her “future husband” — must continue to stay away from her for the next 2 years … TMZ has learned. As we first told you … Jonathan Whooper was arrested earlier this month for multiple trespasses at the home RiRi was renting in Pacific Palisades. A security guard at the home says Whooper claimed he was going to marry the singer. A judge in L.A. just granted Rihanna a permanent restraining order against Whooper. He has to stay 100 yards away from her … the same restriction as the temporary restraining order which was already in place. Next up for Whooper — a mental competency hearing to determine if he’s fit to stand trial for felony attempted burglary, vandalism, and stalking. Amanda Bynes Fights For Her Freedom According to TMZ Amanda Bynes will be in court Friday –TMZ has learned — and we’re told she will mount a ferocious fight for her freedom. Sources involved in the case tell TMZ … Amanda will be transported from the psychiatric hospital — where she’s been staying against her will for the last 2 weeks — to a courthouse where her parents will be asking a judge for a temporary conservatorship. We’re told Amanda will be transported by a hospital vehicle and accompanied by her lawyer. The only snag would be if Amanda goes off the rails before the hearing. Sources tell us Amanda will be speaking with the judge — possibly in chambers — so he can get a read on her mental competency. If the parents prevail, the temporary conservatorship will last until Sept. 30, when a full-blown conservatorship hearing will take place. If the parents get their way, Amanda will go back to the psych ward for further treatment. If Amanda prevails, she will walk out of the courthouse a free woman. Somewhere Drake is laughing.

Rihanna Wins Restraining Order Against Stalker Intruder According to TMZ reports : Rihanna just scored three years of peace of mind … because a judge has granted her request for a permanent restraining order against an obsessed fan who tried to break into her L.A. home last month. TMZ broke the story … Rihanna obtained a temporary stay-away order against a man named Steveland Barrow, after he was arrested for breaking into the home of Rihanna’s neighbor. Cops told us Barrow believed the home belonged to Rihanna … and even slept in one of the beds. A judge made the temporary order permanent today, requiring Barrow to stay at least 100 yards away from Rihanna for the next three years. In her request for a restraining order, Rihanna said she fears for her safety.
