Gianluca Moscarella can be seen harassing the teen girl last week at a match between Pedro Sousa and Enrico Dalla Valle in Florence. “You are fantastic,” he could be overheard saying, according to a video circulating online. “Very sexy.” After the next set, he continues: “Are you OK? Kelly built over decades is continuing to avalanche down on him. According to TMZ , Robert is being charged with engaging in prostitution with someone under 18, and hiring/offering/agreeing to hire someone for sexual contact for paying a girl between the ages of 16 and 17 for sexual contact in his hotel room back on July 11, 2001. The Minnesota prosecutor, Hennepin County Attorney Mike Freeman, says that the woman approached police on January 11, 2019 to filed a report. Just three days after Cook County prosecutor Kim Foxx made a public plea for other accusers to come forward. Word is that the then-teen asked Kelly for an autograph and he then paid her $200 to dance naked for him. They did not have sexual intercourse, but there was sexual contact. Robert is facing five years in prison and a $10,000 fine if convicted.

Kelly ‘s former cronies testified to a grand jury that he had MULTIPLE video recordings of the singer having sex with underaged girls. According to TMZ , the ex-employee said he had possession of the tapes but they now belong to the federal investigators who want to put Kelly in the bing. We’re told the former employee told grand jurors R. Kelly paid a large sum of cash to the employee and in return, the employee handed a tape over to the singer. We’re told somehow the tape in question ended up in the hands of Cook County State’s Attorney Kim Foxx. The walls are closing in on R. Kelly and his time of reckoning is right around the corner. S.K. and her friends are said to have regularly sent each other non-sexual videos described as “silly” in the spirit of friendly competition. When S.K. sent a 1-minute video of herself inhaling an eggplant emoji, her friends not only shared it in school, but went and told the police! During S.K.’s initial trial back in 2016 both the state and the special court of appeals agreed that the girl had violated the law. ‘The state has an indisputable interest in protecting minors from exploitation ‘as subjects in pornographic material’ . . . whether at the hands of others or by their own conduct,’ wrote the chief judge. The Maryland Court of Appeals will make the final decision later this year after the girl’s lawyer argued that S.K. was not victim of a crime as she sent the sexually explicit video voluntarily. ‘The statute is intended as a vehicle to protect, not prosecute, minors victimized and exploited in the production of sexually explicit videos,’ Claudia Cortese defending wrote. Can you imagine having to register as a sex offender because you sent your own nudes to your friends?

Source: Pool / Getty R. Kelly Charged With Almost Dozen Additional Felony Sex Crimes R. Kelly is looking at some serious prison time if prosecutors can cross their t’s and do their i’s. According to the Chicago Sun-Times , Cook County prosecutors hit Kellz with ELEVEN new felony sex crime charges. If all of their shots were to hit the bottom of the net, Robert Kelly could rot in prison for up to 30 years. The new case charges Kelly with four counts of aggravated criminal sexual assault, two counts of criminal sexual assault by force, two counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse, and three counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse against a victim between the ages of 13 to 16. All these charges stem from a January 10 incident. The four aggravated criminal sexual assault counts are all designated as Class X felonies that carry a potential sentence of up to 30 years in prison for Kelly if he is convicted. The four cases filed in February were charged as lower-level felonies that had maximum sentences of up to seven years. S#!t is getting real for ol’ boy. You love to see it.

The footage captures a woman laughing while pouring water on a 9-month-old girl asleep in her crib. The infant starts coughing until just seconds later, when another splash of water pours on the child’s nose and leads to both more coughs and some crying. “Payback for waking me up all kinda times of [the] night,” 33-year-old Caitlin Alyse Hardy wrote in a post that accompanied said video as she posted to her Facebook page. This is all according to the information the Sumter County, South Carolina, Sheriff Anthony Dennis tells PEOPLE . Several people who spotted the video once it went up alerted the sheriff’s office with their concerns, sending the link to the office’s website and to the sheriff personally, he recalls. “I didn’t think it was real at first,” he explained. When questioned, the suspect told investigators “she was joking or playing a game with the baby.” “We didn’t take it as a joke or some type of game she was playing with a 9-month-old,” he says. “We wanted to make sure the child was okay. Luckily, the child was okay, but on Wednesday, authorities arrested Hardy on a charge of cruelty to children for the January 29 incident. “Hardy did pour a bottle of water on a 9-month-old female infant while the infant was sleeping,” the police department’s statement alleges. “After being poured with water the second time, the infant woke up coughing. Hardy video recorded the incident and posted it on her Facebook page.” Hardy was booked and released from jail on Wednesday after posting a $1,500 bond, according to reports from TV station  WIS  in Columbia.

We reported on the singer’s dalliances with her back in 2016 when he brought the teenager with him to party at an Atlanta nightclub. Well friends of Halle say that Kelly grabbed her around the neck and threw her into a wall for allegedly looking at another man at his concert. This incident was said to be witnessed by both Joycelyn Savage and Azriel Clary. Two other violent incidents are also said to have taken place after Halle allegedly looked at a group of men leaving a hotel. It’s reported that Kelly slapped Halle for this. Folks near R. Kelly refute these allegations with the worst defense ever. Let his cronies tell it, Robert is non-violent and if he DID slap Halle then someone would have recorded it and sold the video.
