Edna Viviana Ayala, the 39-year-old owner of Viviana#39;s Body Secrets Spa in Doral, has been arrested after allegedly injecting Isabel Gonzalez with a substance that left her face infected and deformed. Gonzalez reportedly paid $890 for two rounds of what she believed were vitamin treatments, NBC Miami reports. Cha-Ching! Jessica Simpson will soon have more gwap to cop those precious lil headbands she likes so much for lil Maxwell Drew. People magazine will pay the first-time mom $800,000 to publish exclusive photos of Maxwell Drew Johnson, the pop star’s 2-week-old daughter with fiance Eric Johnson, Women’s Wear Daily reported Friday. Simpson, who gained at least 40 pounds during her pregnancy, also has reportedly inked a $3 million dollar deal to promote Weight Watchers. Though Maxwell may be worth her weight in gold, Simpson’s deal with People falls short of the $6 million the publication reportedly paid Jennifer Lopez for photos of her twins in 2008. Amy Winehouse Hospitalized After Breast Enlargement Operation

English singer-songwriter Amy Winehouse was admitted to hospital after her breast enlargement operation. A friend of her told The Sun that “Amy was in agony and became convinced it was something to do with her boobs. She thought she would leave it for a while but the pain got worse. She went into the clinic on Thursday and they kept her under observation”. According to Sun, Winehouse was hospitalized in London and doctors carried out series of urgent tests after the pain felt on the chest. She was treated by medics in November 2009 after having breast enhancement  complications. The singer is now waiting for medical advice whether to removed or undergo surgery. Winehouse reportedly paid around $57,000 for the implants which she received in an attempt to regain her voluptuous figure after her drug habit caused her to lose weight. The singer was known in various musical genres such as R&B, soul, jazz, rock & roll and ska.
